Any single core CPU = 100 PVU total
Intel/AMD quad core = 200 PVU total

This is based on the initial release at http://www-306.ibm.com/software/lotus/passportadvantage/pvu_licensing_for_customers.html. If it changed, it's not referenced from the link you provided.
